1)  Locating a suitable tenant, screening the tenant, reviewing their qualifications with you, performing a move in inspection (both with camera and written), changing over of utilities to tenant's name.

2)  Doing all of the above and then proactively managing your investment property to help maintain its quality and desirability.  We do this through monthly exterior inspections, routine interior inspections and neighborhood watch groups.
